Our Office presides over the "International Tax Alliance," a group of international tax professionals comprised primarily of former national tax officials.

Armed with language skills based on experience in examination and negotiation related to APAs and experience working for overseas tax authorities (Canada Revenue Agency in Ottawa ), Negotiation support with overseas tax authorities and overseas subsidiaries. We will continue to collaborate with related overseas farms from time to time.

We will consult with you regarding each risk analysis of Transfer pricing, Digital taxation, Global minimum taxation, and CFCs.

We will also make effective proposals for reviewing costs related to APAs and MAPs.
