About "Reiwa Swimmy Project"

Our office is promoting an activity called the "Reiwa Swimmy Project," which aims to bring together individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises with a variety of skills to develop agile corporate groups that can compete with large corporations.

Specifically, the goal is to utilize a structure known as a Limited Liability Partnership to enable individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises to quickly gain creditworthiness (financial strength) from the start-up stage and get new businesses on track while implementing effective risk management.

The information technology revolution has made it possible for individuals to play a leading role depending on their ideas and aspirations. Let's bring together small individuals to create a new social infrastructure that is full of dreams.

The official start date for the "International Tax Alliance LLP" presided over by our firm has been changed from the originally scheduled September to November.

The team is made up of nine former national tax accountants (including two from tax accounting firms) and will use their practical experience and negotiating skills to provide strong support to clients, while also utilizing information processing technologies such as databases and generative AI necessary for transfer pricing analysis .

The purpose of the International Tax Alliance is for professionals in each field to work independently while also working together to achieve high added value. Anyone interested, not just former national tax officials, is welcome to contact us using the inquiry form .

In addition, our firm will continue to participate in activities such as the Japan DAO Association , with a view to utilizing our services in tax research and practice in the web3 field, which is expected to be related to international taxation.
